Northcott Hospitality’s Design & Construction Services division provides full design, procurement and general contracting construction services to AmericInn franchisee owners who desire to outsource these services to Northcott Hospitality. Design & Construction Services is responsible for interior designs of new AmericInn properties, as well as remodeling current ones. With a full staff of interior design experts, Northcott Hospitality has the ability to create a beautiful hotel atmosphere and to provide FF&E product procurement. In addition to AmericInn projects, our Design Services department has experience with many other brands. While a majority of AmericInn franchisees and competitor hotels use third‐party general contracting construction services firms, the offering of these services by Northcott Hospitality allows the process to be a one‐stop solution for franchisee owners. To date, Northcott Hospitality has provided general contracting to 17 properties, averaging two to three projects per year.
